Listening to you reading touched my soul deeply, reminding me of the Pennsylvania Appalachian Mountain home of my youth. People have various conceptions of being at home. Mine is "Home is where people and animals live who share love with me: parents. friends, husband, cats, dogs.
Yes! People do view home differently. and that sounds like a beautiful perception of home. I couldn't consider a home home without some cats and dogs. Well now I just have my two dogs.
